No it will not fulfill that requirement.

You might want to see if the (several months new) ECE, Workplace Communication with Computers, would.

I know what I'm going to post doesn't answer the thread question, but it is related and might help someone. If you are in the Air Force and have completed Airman Leadership School (ALS), TESC will transfer 2 credits in Managerial Communication and consider the requirement complete. You will still need to make up the 1 credit with another humanities course.

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.

@Alleycat - okay, thanks for confirming that for me.
@Jonathan Whatley - thanks for that suggestion. I didn't even think of that.

Is there some way to find out if it would fulfill the requirement without being enrolled? I'm not enrolled at TESC so I can't really ask them.
