Athabasca University is a public distance learning university located and fully accredited in Canada that additionally holds U.S. regional accreditation (coincidentally from the same agency as TESU, Middle States). Athabasca offers
a good list of French courses including upper-levels taught in French.

$2000 for a course is pretty high, but it's not THAT high compared to some foreign language courses. At least one can get the other credits needed for TESU cheaply.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

So the history course has to be in the target language as well?
Does anyone know if this requirement can be met by any other means (foreign high school, etc)
