TESU Graduation Question

All,
I have completed all of my classes for TESU BSBA (kind of, read below) and registered for graduation a month ago (yeah!)
BUT......

I ave taken 3 classes from Penn Foster and actually everything was really good with them but getting my final sent out and final grades?!?!?!?

Classes and progress:
Strategic Management - already have the passing final grade and requested transcript to be sent to TESU - 96%
Consumer Behavior - project done and graded, awaiting final
International Business - Project done AWAITING GRADE FOR 3 WEEKS and awaiting final.

I contacted Penn Foster and they (very nicely btw) said they will not send out the finals to my proctor until both projects are completed.
I have emailed numerous times to get my class completed but nothing!

My question is: am i completely screwed for the September Graduation (July 1st was due date for all transcripts) or will tesu let me still qualify for September as long as i get these classes completed in the next month or so. With all this said, I have no confidence that I will get my final graded any faster especially since that process is via SNAIL mail. Even if I overnight the exams back, who knows how long the process will take :-(

TESU wouldn't accept PF transcripts anyway, you need to have them added to your ACE transcript and have that sent

I have heard that TESU goes through the evals in the order they are received, and when they get to you, you have a certain number of days to get this done. So, if somehow you can get PF to get moving on the course, then you may be ok. They normally get it sent in to ACE quickly, and then you can send that to TESU quickly.

I would really work hard to get PF to get this done.

Thanks, i just added the request to my ACE portal.
I was not aware since they sent me an unofficial copy and i was asked for the address to TESU for them to send the transcript to?

Express to Penn Foster your frustrations, I had luck with Ann Gardner, she is great. Actually knows what is going on at Penn Foster. But I understand your frustration as well. My international business took around 6-8 weeks to complete with the proctor exams. I originally thought it would only take 3-4 weeks but the grading was a lot slower than I expected.

Just as a side note: Per this thread, I requested Strategic Management to my ACE Transcript and it took less than 5 minutes to be approved

My experience (based on my June experience) is that TESU will audit your credits sometime in July. If there are issues, they will warn you about them and schedule a reaudit in early August. If by then it is not resolved (and remember that TESU takes time to evaluate credits) then they will delay you to December graduation.

This. If everything is in by August 1 at the latest, you should be good for September. Otherwise you will be reaudited for December.

Complete your projects if you have not already done so and request the finals to be sent out ASAP. Explain your case to Mary Beth or Ann and either one will help you as Mary Beth was able to get me my consumer behavior finals within 3 days w/o additional cost. Not next day but via regular mail. I had good experience on grading of all my papers and exams, usually within a week it was completed. In most cases in less than 4 days. So follow up and make your case.
