TESU Liberal Arts Capstone - Creative Project

Next week I start the Liberal Arts Capstone taught by Andrew S. Tomko. I still haven't decided on a topic, but I do have an unpublished and poorly edited novel I wrote a while back.  I was thinking of ways to integrate this creative work into my Capstone, and I'd like to hear from others who have done a creative writing capstone?  

And maybe some info on Professor Tomko (for instance, does he require original research).  Thanks.

I know this is super late, but if you finished your capstone, how did it go? And how was the Professor/how does he grade?
