TESU credit for CISSP certification?
#1
Does anyone know if TESU offers credit for the CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification?  I guess they offer credit for Security+ and some other certs.  Seems like CISSP is almost a requirement in the cyber security industry so it would be nice if it could count for college credit as well.

I do not, but I should warn you that TESU is pretty terrible about accepting any certs for college credit. When they do, they tend to provide low credit equivalents. Out of the Big 3, Excelsior seems to accept a wider range of certifications and offer more credit.

That said, if you're interested in getting credit for computing-related certs and pursuing a technology related degree like a Cybersecurity program, I'd recommend that WGU may be a better option for you. Their IT college is well regarded and you can't beat their tuition. They're also almost as flexible as the Big 3 in terms of what they accept for credit and how many credits they will allow you to transfer into their programs.
Working on: Debating whether I want to pursue a doctoral program or maybe another master's degree in 2022-23

Complete:
MBA (IT Management), 2019, Western Governors University
BSBA (Computer Information Systems), 2019, Thomas Edison State University
ASNSM (Computer Science), 2019, Thomas Edison State University

Thanks for the info.  I'm already enrolled at TESU and have about 30 credits to go for general management, so probably won't bother to switch schools.  But I'll check out WGU and Excelsior if I end up doing a masters since getting a few credits from certs would be a big help.
