TESU does not accept IELTS?

Now i ran into the next problem.
After successfully taking the IELTS online Academic exam, i discovered that TESU does not accept the results if I send them. But TESU is not listed in the organisations, which accept IELTS (appearantly TESU is not one of the 12500 organisation that do). I have reached out to IELTS and TESU. Ielts said that TESU needs to register on their website((https://takeielts.britishcouncil.org/iel...UuMTIuMC4w)) in order to send them my results, and TESU made it clear that i am responsible for IELTS sending it directly to the admission.

Given this situation, I feel that I have taken the exam (which cost 420 USD) in vain now and I guess my only way to enroll now is to get 9 credits at another english speaking university.

Has anyone had problems with this before?

The TESU website clearly says they accept it, so you need to escalate it so that TESU does what's required to allow you to send the results.

applicants who are a citizen of a country where English is not the native language must provide documentation of 9 semester credit hours (not including ESL or developmental courses) with a C or better at an accredited/approved college or university in a country where English is the medium of instruction or send an official TOEFL or IELTS score report sent directly to Thomas Edison State University Office of the Registrar.
