One of my questions didn't get answered, do you have the Pierpont BOG AAS? Previously, I was thinking the BAS would be a better or quicker option for you. My guess is a no, it won't really matter if you did or not, as I was going to get you to do the BA PM & IS plus the classes that can go towards the MAOL at UMPI in addition to getting the most Coursera Professional Certs along the way.

Going into law school that's competitive would be an issue, having said that, you can still apply to top 50 or higher colleges or universities that interest you, after you've bumped up the GPA. The only way to bump up the GPA is to complete classes that you have a D or lower grade, I would skip the C's or even the C- grades. As it will take a longer period of time to bump those up, it's a waste of energy, money, time to redo the C's.

Even though you're not looking to go into the Top 14 or even the Top 30 law schools, having something that's in a higher ranking would be a recommendation of mine, but going the Liberty or something comparable should work too. My suggested pathway, retake classes that have a D or lower, complete the UMPI PM & IS (plus 4 classes that can go towards MAOL, add a pre-law minor if you wanted)
