So, Russia is banned from the Olympics, but they are still competing? How does this work?
I haven't seen anything like this in any Olympics (not that I remember anyways).
That's so strange how they would still be able to participate if they're banned...
I got confused when listening and reading comments on this...

I feel bad, Tokyo could've done an amazing Olympics and show what Japan can do. The pandemic ruined what could've been one of the most amazing games in history.

Dam shut down everything communists are ruining everything. They all need to be kicked out of government!
Japan won't let fans into the Olympics to see the games.
Australia going completely insane as they locked down 1/2 of the country once again.
California is salivating over the chance to force people to wear masks again and impose other restrictions on businesses.
L.A. county recently reported that no one is under hospitalization for COVID that had been fully vaccinated.
