Tentative plan: Lib Arts TESC. whatcha think?

Hi! So this is what I have finished (through comm college) and what I plan to do. I think.TESC Lib Arts is the way to go, unless a BSBN is the way because of testing opportunities. I was going to EKU but not doing great (homeschool mom , excuses excuses) so I want to move forward (while trying to pay my bill so they might release my transcript. in the meantime, lets assume that will be a very long time.)
Questions: Anything below look like it would work for Informational Literacy? (DSST oral comm and tecep? ethics? to complete gen ed?) and then 18 UL credits (DSST, CLEP TECEP etc.)
Does the Liberal Arts degree seem the way to go? there is also COSC's Gen Ed degree in American studies?
I think my focus is speed vs a specific degree. I have stayed home so I don't have a work history to influence the decision. I'm not opposed to Math/business, btw. It just didn't go that way.

Any Advice?!
