I was very surprised to see signs for it on my way from the Jersey shore to Philadelphia airport this summer. If I wasn't watching the clock I would have stopped and taken pics of the campus. It does exist.

I wouldn't call TESC an online college. However you can call it whatever you'd like heh. TESC, EC and COSC and are not really "online colleges" as much as they are assessment colleges. They were all offering degrees in their present format well before there were "online classes". That Accelerated 2nd Degree BSN program gives me enough evidence to tell people , yes TESC has on-campus classes and a B&M.

Uhhh, they are an online colege. They teach classes - online. The majority of their students are enrolled in online learning. It's HERE where testing and assessing look like normal.
I've also heard the term "assessment college" from time to time, but technically, that's a made-up phrase. Sure, they assess your credits, but they also teach classes. I think that's the distinction between a decade ago and today.

Actually the course offering was very limited until very recently. Online courses is a relatively new aspect of the program. Just because majority of their students are enrolled in online learning doesn't exactly make it an online college. TESC teaching classes online is circumstantial. An online college wouldn't have courses for an Accelerated 2nd Degree BSN program on campus. Even though this Accelerated BSN program is new, you still have to do it on campus. Some consider it an assessment college like myself and others consider it an online college. Not trying to spark an argument or anything lol. I respect you on this board , you give some good advice!

When I think of online colleges, I think of AMU. I have always thought of TESC as a correspondence or distance learning college that just happened to move into online education because of the change in technology. TESC still runs itself a lot like a correspondence school with the e-Pack, FlashTrack, and guided study courses.

I have known about TESC since the '70s and it has always been well thought of in NJ as a "Distance Learning" college. I have been to the "Campus" several times for testing or graduation. I have seen several students in a classroom at times, but they were always testing. I have never seen an actual class taught on campus, that is a new development.

When I have gone to graduation most of the students I have met have had only a few credits to start and have done the rest of their credits through TESC as on-line,Guided study, fasttrack, or Epack.
