Just a note each testing center has their own rules about Proctors fees, some want it in cash, some want a check and most want it separate from the cost of the test. You need to check on this before you go.

Yes, please follow Linda's advice. My new testing center wants CASH for their fee ($20) and requires credit/debit card for the CLEP fee ($80). It'll take 2 seconds for you to call, it's worth doing.
