Tesu capstone credit minimum
#1
How many credits do I have to have to be able to take the capstone? I spoke with someone from TESU before the holidays and they said that I needed a certain amount of credits to take the cornerstone and capstone in the same semester. As it stands I have 102 credits and my AOS complete I just need some LL credits. Can enroll for February now? I will have all of the courses done by the middle of January but I'm stressing out about not being able to take the capstone if I dont meet the minimum. Thanks!

You have to get it unlocked to register. You can send a quick email to enrolled@tesu.edu and they'll unlock it.

I googled to get your answer about the credits: https://www.tesu.edu/academics/catalog/capstone-policy

I believe it says 100 on the site, however, they will also do waivers. I was able to register with 99 but was currently enrolled in SOS-110 and had some pending transcripts en route.

You didn't mention the type of capstone. For the Bus Capstone, you need to complete the bsba CORE, College Composition 1 and 2. The academic advisor unlocks the course, send an email requesting for them to unlock the capstone.

for my BUS capstone they only required the 100 APPLIED credits. The core apparently didn't matter.

I started this journey in the summer of 2016.  I hoped to be done sooner, but I am still proud of the rate at which I have gotten my schooling done with respect to the many months of military training and deployments I have undergone.
