Just checking out some Texas institutions and came across this one...
There are so many undergraduate and graduate options on their site!

Newsweek has ranked Texas Tech University the No. 1 online school in the nation!

Students who reside outside the State of Texas are currently charged a rate comparable to that of in-state tuition when they enroll solely in online courses at Texas Tech University. Affordably pursuing a Texas Tech bachelor's or master's degree is now possible from anywhere!

People shouldn't let the "Tech" in the school name mislead them.  This school offers a wide variety of online programs on multiple levels.  They offer lots of specialized Education degree and certs.  They offer all the standard degree programs plus a few rarely seen.  If you're shopping for a degree program this university is worth a look.

Ouch, seems tuition is up there, roughly $400/credit undergrad... so is their grad fee at ~$800
The link shows the tuition for 15 credits/semester, so this would be for 30 credits/year
