Crime was trending down under the Biden administration; my community is more concerned about the higher unemployment rate. I do think some unexpected groups are uniting against Trump. There are centrists, liberals, and leftists uniting for the first time. Even Marjorie Taylor Greene has made friends on the left, and some conservatives in Texas are uniting with the left in pushing out pro-data center politicians.
