My friend has his business associate degree from Penn Foster. Some of his grades are C's and some are A's. Since Excelsior allows to show a grade for a Penn Foster transcript, he was wondering if there is a way for Excelsior to take the C's from Penn Foster and transcript them as a Pass/Fail method so he won't hurt his GPA, and the other A's and B's remain as letter grades. I understand the whole ACE transcript as well. Any one know Excelsior will do this?

The only way I can think of is if the Penn Foster classes were Ace Approved. PF may send the p/f information to Ace, but then i'm not sure if the classes show back up on the transcript. I'de ask the EC advisers, they are friendly enough in the business team (I like Martha).

All the courses he has are ACE reviewed. He has a ACE transcript, and a Penn Foster Transcript. He wants to pick out all the A's and exclude the C's as a Pass/Fail method. Tried to break it down haha. I guess there isn't a way, thanks though!

Doubt they would do that, but what they will do is NOT transfer the C's if he requests it. You have to do it within a week or so of them doing the official eval, just ask not to transfer in the C's and they should take them off (meaning you'd have to redo them).
After that you could send in an ACE transcript and possibly get those put back in as P/F if they are also on the ACE... maybe, but I wouldn't count on it.
