What happens if all the requirements are met but its still shy of 2 credits because some classes that transferred didn't give full credit. I counted all the classes and exams I will take and did the math and I'd be shy 2 credits from 120. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Did the school provide exceptions?

There has to be an area that shows less then the needed credits. Double check. If you still don't see it then call TESC and ask them what to do.

I think it's possible that some schools will grant you something along the lines of "requirement met" on your transcript for a course that may not have the full amount of credits but it equal to the requirement. If literally ALL of your degree requirements are met except for the total number of credits needed, then you could probably just pick a CLEP test or a couple of FEMA courses to round off your 120 hours.

If you are granted 2.67 credits out of 3 for courses due to transferring from a quarter-hour school, you should check with the Registrar to see if they can override as Publius suggested. Oh the other hand, if you were granted 1 credit for a full 3-credit requirement, you will need to take another course to replace the 1-cr version; they will not auto-grant two credits when three are required.
