That's an interesting compilation, but another thing you'll see in states is guaranteed transfer of credits among public institutions. For example, in Texas, if you use a CLEP or some other alternative method of earning credit for a core course (general education) or certain courses in certain majors at one public school, those credits have to be accepted in transfer at another public school.
