My suggestion is to continue with UMPI for their BABA with a concentration instead of going TESU BSBA... Without knowing what you've taken, guess what! Your entire BLS can hit the max of 117 credits at TESU and at least 60-90 credits will come through for general education/electives. You would need the capstone course to complete at TESU to get a second degree. But as I mentioned in this thread, a member mentioned the capstone is already 3/4ths the amount of work you would do in a typical competency based degree program.

Being a second degree - You would need a minimum of 24 new credits completed after the BLS was conferred (just how many or which credits would depend on what credits you already have from the first degree)
Honestly, for the costs you'd have to pay for the BSBA at TESU (between new credits, Capstone and residency waiver) you'd be better off moving on towards an MBA (vs a 2nd bachelor in business admin)
If you're in the US (or Canada) you could get the HAU MBA for $3k (that is less than the TESU residency waiver alone).

Why would you transfer to TESU for a BSBA after completing a BLS at UMPI? Why not just complete the BABA at UMPI or complete it as your second degree at UMPI? It'll cost more at TESU.
Or get your BLS from UMPI then go onto an MBA.
