M3 Center in the Muma College of Business at the University of South Florida is planning a certificate program entitled "Research Methods/Statistics for Social Sciences." This certificate will be free of charge, open to all public as part of mooc.academiacentral.org initiative.

No. Per the email message they sent out, the course appears to still be in development. I'll update this thread if and when they send more information.
