Unimarconi Master via ENEB Thread

Could you tell me if the multiple choice exams were difficult, how many questions were there, and how much time did they have to answer?

Also, the ad says that you can have the notes in front of you. Is that true?

It would also be of great interest to know if the final thesis that Marconi requested was a "normal" thesis as usually requested by Universities (100 pages for example) or a short final thesis (20 pages).

Hi,  I answered your question on the ENEB New Master's thread as a person who just finished the Unimarconi program.

1. 18 Pages for the Unimarconi Master's Final Project.
2. It was later decided by Unimarconi and ENEB that no camera would be required. Yes you can use notes.
3. Coleman1983 took a different exam to increase his ENEB Master's grades, not for Unimarconi.
4. I finished the Unimarconi program, in case that wasn't clear.

I apologize, I didn't have your answer in the other thread. Thank you very much for sharing your experience.
The information you mention is very important and very optimistic for me.
The 18 pages (I assume 18 pages including bibliography?) for a final project is not a large volume.

I would also like to ask you the following:
1) Will the final exam (multiple choice) in Marconi and Final Project be in the same language as the ENEB program or can I choose another language? (e.g. English or Italian)

2) I have started ENEB a little while ago (1 month). Can I "buy" the offer that is running for MARCONI now and do the certification after completing ENEB or if I "buy" the MARCONI offer now will I have to switch to MARCONI?

3) Is the topic for the Final Project given by a professor or does the student choose his own topic?

Hi the final exam and MFP were in the same language. The Final Project is a case study that is provided by ENEB/Unimarconi, with 9 questions. The student does not choose the topic. It said not to exceed 18 pages on the template that was given. I personally would not count the bibliography as part of the 18 pages, just my preference.

I don't think you have to buy the Marconi program now, because it is also done in the same Learning Management System at ENEB. Whatever modules that correspond with the Unimarconi degree, the credits will count toward the Unimarconi degree program. I would maybe reach out to ENEB and get clarification. There's nothing wrong with getting the ENEB Master with Ui1, and then using those course credits towards Unimarconi. Depends on which ENEB/Ui1 Master you are doing and Which ENEB/Unimarconi Master you decide to do.

There’s no contradiction here; a “digital university” and a “telecom university” convey completely different impressions. If you’re considering it for job hunting, it’s undoubtedly a negative label. ENEB/ui1, on the other hand, doesn’t carry that connotation, and since it only costs a few hundred dollars, people aren’t particularly concerned about how it looks.

Paying $2,400 for one course feels completely different from paying $499 for two courses. I can fully understand why ENEB/ui1 has reservations about ENEB/unimarconi, because at the $2,400 price point, there are also online master’s programs from Ukrainian universities and NA-accredited master’s programs from U.S. universities to choose from. Dodgy

Telematic = Digital = distance education = online. ENEB is online 100%, no campus. UNISEB can be done on campus by the way. Unimarconi has 3 campuses.
I think you just want to feel good about your investment in ENEB, and that was great for you.

US choices after ENEB, there is Nexford which accepts up to 60% of graduate level credits and it is possible to finish for around $2000. Take care, and best wishes.

I have just evaluated the options for upgrading from ENEB/UI1 to Nexford University and universities in Ukraine. Unimarconi’s Level 1 master’s program does not offer any particularly significant advantages in terms of cost or reputation.

If I’m willing to pay more, Unicaf offers installment payment options, and the UEL Master’s program offered by Unicaf is undoubtedly the better choice.

Nexford University is actually an online university; in fact, it’s hard to even notice that Nexford doesn’t have a physical campus. However, the university’s SEO tags don’t include the term “telecommunications.” For me, the “telecommunications university” tag is a clear negative factor that significantly reduced my brand perception and willingness to pay.

I’ve finally caught on to the wordplay ENEB is using regarding the Unimarconi joint program. A qualification of this level is not referred to as a master’s degree on Unimarconi University’s official website. In fact, it does not qualify students to pursue a doctoral degree.

https://www.unimarconi.it/en/postgraduat...l-masters/

So I plan to wait and see for now rather than rush into a purchase, as I’m not sure what the right choice is. As it stands, regulatory changes in Italy do not appear to have affected the assessment methods for ENEB/Unimarconi, so this pathway should remain available for quite some time to come. At the same time, I’m also exploring the option of obtaining a low-cost M.Com degree from a public university in India as a backup plan.

We've discussed this ad naseum on this thread and on the ENEB thread, everyone here is aware that it's a 1 Livello, a professional, official degree, not an academic master's.

The italian system has 3 kinds of Master's degrees: 1. Laurea Magistrale (2 years) 2. Primo Livello 3. Secondo Livello.
Primo and Secondo Livello degrees are for professional development, not for entry into doctoral programs in Italy, however they can be accepted for doctoral programs outside of Italy, depending on the university (same for ENEB Master's also). Unimarconi confirmed that the regulatory changes do not apply to 1 Livello and 2 Livello

It does not qualify for doctorate programs in Italy, but can qualify outside of Italy. It's simply an upgrade of ENEB/Ui1 to an offical degree as opposed to a University Specific degree (Titulo propio).

Also with a DEAC Accredited Master's degree (like Nexford), acceptance to a doctoral program is not automatic either.

It's clear that you don't approve of "telematic", and that you find other universities to be better suited for your pursuits. That's totally understandable. Once again, best wishes on the next programs you go for.

Ha, I actually really like online master’s programs, but I hate it when the university or degree I earn gets labeled as “distance learning” or “online” by employers. Of course, the way the program is delivered and the school itself can be online—as long as employers don’t find out. Maybe it’s just the cultural environment I’m in, but I’m pretty sensitive to that kind of labeling. Undecided

PearsonOTHMQualifi7654 thanks for the answer.

The only reason I'm thinking of buying the MARCONI certification now, is the cost (it's now reduced by about $1000). In Greece, the ENEB Master will not be valid, while the MARCONI MASTER is valid.
