None of them count as upper level.

I believe there are some exceptions to that. I recall reading that their Business Communications class is accepted as upper level for majors where that is required to be an UL course, and their Managerial Accounting course is also transcribed as an UL course (Cost Accounting) in the same manner for business majors.
So, the expectation is that none of the classes are upper level (they're meant primarily to be first or second year, GE type classes for the most part) but each school determines how they are transcribed based on their own policies and the major they are intended to be used in.

The Anatomy and Physiology courses are 200 level at TESC. Thats not upper but its not 100 either.
BSBA CIS from TESC, BA Natural Science/Math from TESC
MBA Applied Computer Science from NCU Enrolled at NCU in the PhD Applied Computer Science

Both at TESC are 200 level courses.
