Upper-level writing & economics ?
#1
I will be able to finish one term sooner if I can transfer in an UL writing, UL economics. I don't want to pay more than $250 for a course, and it would probably need to be ACE-recommended.

School says:

DSST- Money & Banking = UL. No UL writing.

AP & CLEP- No UL writing or econ.

Study.com- No UL econ. English 305 = UL.

Do you know of any ACE-recommended economics or writing courses for $250 or less that might be accepted by a uni as UL?

P.S. I already have credits for LL macro and micro. UL would be things like the Intermediates, and Money & Banking.

have you ever been in the military ?

edit 1:
never mind, I was thinking 250 per credit
but you want 250 for the entire course

edit 2:
how about some finance courses ?
would those be acceptable ?

I did finish most of that SDC corporate finance course some time back. All that was left was the written assignment, then I paused my membership. I might ask my school if that course can transfer in as econ. Probably not, but maybe worth a shot.

I got a copy of de Soto's Money, Bank Credit, and Economic Cycles, which is supposedly good prep for the DSST Money & Banking exam.

In December I might try to knock out the SDC UL writing and one of their CMIT forensics courses.

Quite some time ago, I did complete the bulk of the SDC corporate finance course. After completing the last written assignment, I decided to put my membership on hold. I'm thinking about seeing if my school would accept this course as economics credit. This is quite unlikely, but it may be worth a try. After hearing that de Soto's Money, Bank Credit, and Economic Cycles was essential reading for the DSST Money & Banking test, I purchased a copy. phrazle
