Value Added College Assessment
#1
I'm pretty skeptical of most rankings, but found this pretty interesting. They rank colleges by alumni salaries and loan payback. There are a ton of other factors that clearly come into play, but I found it interesting either way.

The ranking seems to have a heavy bias toward the percentage of students who graduate with STEM skills. That is how ITT Tech placed so high on the 2-year college list. If I read the data correctly, 20% of ITT Tech students graduate within twice the normal time of completion. Their loan repayment rate was only 17%. Basically, ITT Tech only placed high because most of their students graduate with STEM skills, and the people who put together the ranking valued those skills very high. It doesn't say how much ITT Tech students are actually making and how many have jobs in their fields of study.
