Vermont Academy (VA) and Mount Snow Academy (MSA) have announced that MSA is merging into Vermont Academy effective August 1, 2023. 

Even "academies" or college prep at the secondary level are merging to keep afloat.  I still don't get how institutions with just 220 students survive... Enrollment is too low, expenses have gone up, etc...
