No, just what I've been warned about from my enrollment counselor. It's possible that there's some way around it, but WGU is very particular about how/when transfers happen, so I personally wouldn't chance it.
I have not heard this to be the case in the 10+ years I've been on this forum.

I don't have personal experience with it, but I believe I saw in the past where students in the WGU reddit just had to sign a "waiver" to not include certain classes for transfer if they hit the limit. It's been a while and I don't hang out there too much anymore, so forgive my poor memory if I'm mistaken.
