Apparently it includes Data Structures and Algorithms II in addition to the first course, and Discrete Math II in addition the first course.

And "Software II - Advanced Java Concepts" in addition to "Software I". By software they apparently mean programming

But yay, no Calc II.

I don't think anyone outside of WGU has heard of CIW. Project+ isn't that sought after either.

I think that people who've been in the industry don't know of it, but that CIW is becoming a popular community college certificate/certification. I'm not sure, but making an educated guess because I've seen it at various CCs. Still, that supports your overall point that it's not worth very much.

But like I said, it would make sense why this program may end up not relying so much on certs. I don't think that's the wrong move.
