WGU and Canadians, anyone has been rejected because of their location?

Oh, snap! Hmm, wasn't there a thread for someone overseas to actually study at WGU using a VPN or something? Haha, I mean, you can technically say you're in Canada. Just need to RDP to a computer in Canada and then access classes at WGU. There are always workarounds... but it's not worth it if something does happen.
