Where does everyone take their TECEP exams, I noticed the online form let you put in a proctor does it need to be a test center or can you use an individual?

Hi Judy,
I think that most of us (if not all) have used our local testing center where we usually go to take our CLEP and/or DANTES exams. I found this the easiest way to do it, because I already had an "estabished" relationship with my test proctor (since I had been in there so many times

), and all I had to do was to make sure that they did in fact administer the TECEP exams at that center (I think they charged me a $25 fee to do).
I don't know what exactly TESC does to "approve" your proctor, but since it seemed to take them so long to just get that process done, I was glad I listed a reputable college testing center rather than an individual as my test proctor. But you could always give it a shot and see what happens!

I think I will just go with the test center they offered to proctor it though they haven't done many tecep exams. I also got the business team approval to take the exam so I now I have to order my books, take a deep breath and register for the test. How long did you take to study?
