UMPI is easier, you just apply and wait for acceptance and then you need to 'confirm enrollment' before they do an evaluation... Once you evaluation is complete, you can then either accept the session date or defer it, very straight forward. Just make sure to max the 90+ credits and do the 30 UMPI remaining credits when you get the evaluation... If anything is missing, defer the start to the next session.

For the BAS at UMPI you need 40 technical credits. I believe I have stated this before (to @colonelcamp) business is not considered technical for UMPI.
