Hey I am taking the College Composition Modular test this Friday, and it will be my first CLEP, I have studied using IC flash cards and I've been getting only about 2-3 wrong per section. Is there anything else you would recommend before my big day? Should I practice the Peterson's tests, and or the Collegeboard practice CLEP?

My grammar sucks and I managed to pass it without studying anything for it. You should be fine, but taking practice Peterson's tests wont hurt. Why are you taking the one with no essay? This exam will probably not satisfy the English requirement at almost all schools unless you take the one with the essay.

My writing sucks, and I am better with multiple choice lol, and my school (NJCU) doesn't accept the test with the essay, just straight up multiple choice (I verified 3 times to make sure they weren't confusing this with the retired English Composition CLEPs) and I just took the Peterson's practice exam, and I scored a 40/50 on the multiple choice! WOOT! I think I'm ready

Okay I just did the Official CLEP practice, I got a 35/50, should I feel confident going in tomorrow with a 40/50 on Peterson's and 35/50 on the Official guide? lol someone give me confidence cause I'm horribly nervous right now lol

I PASSED XD I got a 53!!!!! I'm soo happy lol. Test was okay, but I started getting impatient and losing focus too quickly after about the first 50 questions, I also basically ran out of time so I rushed the last 10 questions just to put an answer in. 53 is not that great, but a pass is a pass
saves me 3 money wasting courses and time that NJCU would have made me take before I could actually had taken English Comp 101 and 102. This pass gets me by 5 classes!

I will be taking this College comp with essay. Any suggestions?
I keep reading about a Peterson/Petersen exam. What is that? I will need this to finish my Bachelor's.
It can be found here. Just click on testing and education on the left center, then click on CLEP prep and the CLEP you want a practice test for and then create a username and password. It's free and I usually find that their questions are most similar to the test. Good luck!
