Are you taking it for gen eds or for AOS?

In that case, you don't need BIO208 specifically. Essentially, any science will do. See https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sa...ts_Roadmap

I took a community college college class in nutrition that transferred to TESU. Problem is that the class is only 2 credits. So I want to retake it at study.com so it can cover half of my scientific knowledge of the degree. Is it possible even tho my community college class is already transferred over?
If they come in as the the same TESU course number, then TESU will prioritize the RA version (your CC course). If you're short a credit, it is almost always easier/cheaper to just take another 3 credit ACE/NCCRS subject to make up the difference - rather than searching out a 1 credit option.

Yes, TESU will replace your 2cr course with a 3cr course (if they don't do it automatically, then you can request it).
The only caveat is what is the highest & best use of those CC credits? For instance, if you have exactly 24cr of RA, and then you remove 2cr, will that make it so you have to take another RA course? If so, then you're better off doing a 4cr science course (like Sophia's Bio w/Lab or Chem w/Lab). If you are flush with cash, you could take a 1cr Nutrition Lab at RioSalado College- but it's pricy.
