college mathematics

Bummer about Mathematics Sad I haven't taken Algebra, but when I was studying for the ACT, I used the CliffsReview Algebra 1 & 2. Once you learn the concepts, they provide excellent problems to work through & descriptions of the solutions. Good luck on College Algebra!! Smile

I took and passed the college math CLEP May 5th.. I rescheduled my test a couple of times because I didn't feel ready, but after six weeks of studying, I was close to being burned out. I scored VERY poorly on my practice tests (Petersons and the CLEP college board test) but took it anyway and passed! I got a 54.

REALLY know functions, sets, probability and statistics.

I've ALWAYS been horrible at math so it's really a miracle I passed!
Lord willing, I will get my degree in Foreign Languages (Italian) and CLEP out of most of it!

Passed:

English Comp. with Essay 67
Analyzing and Interpreting Lit. 67
Humanities 66
College Math 54
History of the U.S. I 62
