TESU and COSC are the most accommodating when accepting credits from third party educational institutions.
As you mentioned CIS, here are some that will interst you. For the cost and ease to complete.

I would recommend TESU BSBA CIS, or COSC BGS ISS for ease and it's more general, check the box type of degree.
