I cannot access IC either. The site may be temporarily down.
I recall a time 6 months or so ago when the forums were down. It may be happening to IC. Hope the test goes well for you regardless. What are you taking?

Sorry for the inconvenience guys! I've been on this for the last two hours trying to get to the bottom of this problem and then suddenly it started working again. As far as I can tell, everything's working fine now--let me know if you have any problems at this point!
