If the choice is only between the 2, and provided that cost is not an issue, Rutgers without a doubt. Rutgers is a tier 1 university currently ranked 216 in the world by US News. I love TESC but they're... TESC.

Exactly, it's apples and oranges. TESC uses Mentors, Rutgers uses Professors. Rutgers will have lecture whereas TESC will have you to book reading=writing.

i've taken courses at Tier 1 schools. Don't buy into the hype.

You will often have classes led by Teaching Assistants since Full professors are too busy writing books or doing research.

Often you won't learn at all from a professor and you're forced to read out of a book to learn anything.

If you want to pay to get the grass cut and pay for administration to take long trips and conventions go for it.

Rutgers is rutgers but with 4000 school the top 10% is top 400.. and they produce how many graduates per year??? You're just another number unless you go to a true top school like Harvard, Yale... or another IVY League school or U Chicago, Stanford or MIT... the rest are pretty much all the same....

Huh? I don't understand the question.

OP- if you plan to apply to MBA programs(since you mention the GMAT), you want to get into the school where employers recruit. Ask the employers.

MBA studies are usually more fruitful when you've had some professional work experience, so I'd focus on that unless you already have several years of it. MBAs often don't pay off over a certain age (early 30s).
