so, i have 6 more assignments left in the course but i've scored 70%.
I'm swamped and rather focus on courses that require more time.
Is it possible to obtain and "incomplete" for the rest of the assignments ?

Nope. But you can do very minimal work in the course (half-ass it I think is what I'd call it).

I "half-assed" the Comp II final assignment because it wouldn't affect my grade. I honestly felt let down by myself for doing that. Even if I run into that situation again, I'll likely put in a bit more effort so I don't feel so guilty about it.
1. Prep Phase: Hopeless, 15 credits, need a BA fast, never heard of TESU
2. TESU BALS: 121/120 (9 months)
3. RN Paramedic Bridge - Excelsior (9 months + CPNE wait)
4. WGU RN -> BSN
5. BSN -> MSN/FNP

Yeah, I was in a similar situation with the SL Comp I final assignment. I had completed the course with a 95% other than the final research paper, but it was on hold for like 5 years. I was tempted to just turn in a minimal effort paper just to complete the course since it wouldn't impact my credit. But I felt like I'd be letting myself down by not putting in the effort to refresh my memory on the subject and turn in a proper paper.
In the end, I ended up scoring 100% on the final paper, though it ended up taking an extra week to get done. However, I feel much better about it since I put in the extra effort and now between that effort, and the Info Lit course I recently finished, I feel like I'm in a good position to write other academic papers when the time comes.
Working on: Debating whether I want to pursue a doctoral program or maybe another master's degree in 2022-23

Had 2 sons do comp 1 and comp 2 - that's a little too much SL for me, but even if you're sick of it, you need to submit your written assignments. They won't award a grade if you don't.
Having MORE THAN ONE assignment kicked back, I will tell you if it's too crappy, they kick it back and won't grade it. Be sure it hits topic AND word count AND doesn't match too high on TurnitIn.

Follow what cookderosa says, and you should be good.
