Does the ITS- prefix apply to the Computer Science area of study at TESU?

For example, the Oracle certifications listed here transfer in with and ITS frefix.

Oracle Exam #1Z0-071: Database SQL (ITS-231) would be particularly useful for someone planning to continue on with MS Data Analytics at WGU, since it fulfills the Data Manipulation requirement.
