The cheapest for Public Speaking would be Sophia. Easiest, though, would be Study.com's "Presentation Skills in the Workplace". A few hours and you're done. Sophia is more involved and has a number of assignments that must be turned in.
Physical & Natural World would be Sophia: Human Biology, Environmental Science, Introduction to Information Technology. Pick 2. Or more, if you want.
For Civic Engagement, you've got two choices: InstantCert's American Government for $45. Or, if you have Study.com for the Public Speaking requirement, Political Science 103: Comparative Politics should work. But NOT Political Science 101: Intro to Political Science and NOT Political Science 102: American Government.
However...
TESU now requires a total of 30 RA credits for a degree. As it stands now, you only have 6 RA credits. Add the capstone & cornerstone and that's 6 more. 12 credits. This leaves 18 RA credits. You can take TECEPs. You could use TEL Learning for $200 per course. You might also want to check out ONU's offerings for $50/credit.
You are so, so close right now! You got this! Even if you have to redo a course or two to get RA credit, pick whatever's easiest and go for it.

Before you do anything, could you get a screenshot of everything on your academic evaluation except the fields that have your personal info? I was a right, they kept your evaluation but bumped you to the 2020/2021 Academic catalog. There maybe a note at the bottom of the evaluation, so it would be best to read the entire thing without your personal details. I won't jump to conclusions until I get to see the final evaluation notes... but you can work on your remaining credits quickly with what Rachel83Az has mentioned.
Thanks for the pictures, I was right! And from reading that, you kept your old academic evaluation and was shifted into the 2020/2021 catalog year as I mentioned. Furthermore, you should be exempt from the 30 RA requirements. But just to be on the safe side, you need to email academic advising, I suggest you do this at this time and work on the remaining courses with Sophia.org/Study.com...
Wait, does that note on killerkitty's transcript mean that TESU does still accept FEMA classes but, like EC, they need to be on a Frederick CC transcript?

@RachelAZ83 Yes and no to the FEMA, it won't go through even on the FCC transcript. It will go through if the courses are ACE recommended for credit as there are some that are butt-in-seat and have ACE recommendation.
@killerkitty - I don't recall if you mentioned you're paying the residency waiver or taking the remaining courses at TESU. If you want, I highly suggest taking the courses and get up to 16-18 credits using Pell Grant.
Guys I cannot thank you enough!!!!!!!! I have to go see what Sophia is all about, and email academic advising,,, but I should be eligible for Pell so I might just stay with TESU!!!
bj and rachel thank you so much and also everyone else!!!!

BA in Social Sciences from TESC complete!! Looking into online grad schools :coolgleam:
Suggestion: Use TESU's "what if" tool in Online Student Services to check out how far away you are from obtaining other degrees. Assuming TESU does tell you that you need 30 RA credits, you might find it easier/more interesting to do something like get a Sociology or Criminal Justice degree rather than a BALS where you might have to redo a bunch of credits. It's completely up to you, though!
