which classes fulfill which degree requirements(TESU)

Ok so I wasn't really sure how to paraphrase the question, but I'm trying to see the exact credit requirements of every degree subcategory. On the BSBA CIS, all I'm seeing is subjects like "ethics, diversity, written/oral communication" and etc. I'm wanting to see the exact classes that fulfill each subcategory. I've searched the website/undergraduate catalog and have found to luck in finding what I need. I can see all undergraduate classes, but I'm not sure which category within the degree they would fulfill. I have also seen the many templates for this degree plan, but the issue for me is that each template has class requirements fulfilled with SL and other forms which I won't be using. If I can't fulfill the requirements with ALEKS or CLEP testing, then I plan on taking the course at my current university (AMU) and then transfer over to TESU once I've maxed out my credits at AMU. I don't like the proctored exams of TESU, so I'm going to delay as much as I can.
