which took me to

out of all the degree plans on that page the only two links that actually work are
I know I could edit the page and just remove everything, but I feel a change that big shouldn't be done by me
just saying it needs to be cleaned up
(went there looking for the latest math bachelors)

The easier and faster option is to click the TESU link instead of the plans, then at the bottom, look for another TESU link beside categories, it'll show you all the degree plans that are active and none should be obsolete. I recommend people do so for other institutions, you click the institution link at the bottom beside categories and bam! The degree plans will show up...

if you start on the front page of the wiki

and under Thomas Edison State University you see "Example TESU Degree Plans" that is what you're going to click on
perhaps the "Example TESU Degree Plans" should go to
https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Category:TESU instead of
https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/TESU_Degree_Plans

I updated the Wiki page to link to the
category of current TESU degree plans.
The Example EC degree plans link was also outdated, so I updated that one as well.
