RE: ACLAS: Is this even legal? - bjcheung77 - 02-21-2025 I would question him on his Facebook too, If I ever wanted to know why he has so many unneeded fluff... I mean, the 3-4 valid degrees are good enough at the undergrad and graduate level. The rest were way too much unnecessary additional certs, degrees, etc. The more the person had from these unaccredited institutions, the less credible they looked, instead of an authority figure in those subject matter, it looked as if they're just hoarders of credentials. Wait, why is GIU being talked about in this thread? "ACLAS" claims affiliation with the "Graham International Education Accreditation Agency," a related organization to "Graham International University." Their main function is to list all the diploma mills in a single place, so that people don't have to spend too much time investigating. She is able to get a job doing massage here in Vietnam. Because of this school, she also manages the shop. She was able to get Her IEE vaild by her employer and by the vietnam education department for verification her name is Yèn RE: ACLAS: Is this even legal? - Tomas - 04-11-2025 You have missed an important point then. You shall have said that this degree which one can purchase and finish over weekend, can be validated in Vietnam. That only makes it somewhat real in Vietnam. There are 190+ countries in this world. In most of them, it is worthless. In Europe, where EAHEA is based, it is worth less than the paper degree was printed on. RE: ACLAS: Is this even legal? - Ares - 04-13-2025 Man the scammers running this degree mill think tripling down will make a difference. RE: ACLAS: Is this even legal? - bjcheung77 - 04-13-2025 Hmm, Is it just me or is there something going on with this thread? It's got 12 pages already? I'm not sure why we're getting so much traction on this particular institution and others mentioned... Readers know where to look for warning signs and advice, thus, this institution isn't going to be one of them they'll even consider. Side Note: In Vietnam and other countries, they may look at these as non credit courses with completion certificate, continuing education or professional development classes, at most, an undergraduate certificate or diploma level from an unaccredited college. These won't be transferable into their educational system, not for immigration either. |
