Why would anyone go to a non-RA school? - ryoder - 08-08-2011 I feel your pain Exelsior. Most of us could have finished our degrees just a little cheaper if we had known everything we know now up front. I think if you do it right you can finish a regionally accredited BALS, BA or BSBA at TESC for around 4k all inclusive which is a steal. I went for a BSBBA CIS which meant that I needed some Penn Foster courses. Those we actually my most expensive credits at about $190 per course. You could just as easily throw out such arguments for on-line only schools, or for-profit schools, or any other sub-classification of schools. We all have our own reasons for going the routes we have, and quite frankly, it's nobody else's business. It's not chocolate or vanilla, there are real differences between national and regional accreditation. You wouldn't have been let into Illinois with a NA degree. Just sayin. Why would anyone go to a non-RA school? - Ace_King - 08-08-2011 I know your right. If I knew everything up front , it would of been great. The only thing that helped me is I sold my old Camaro that's been sitting in the driveway for over a year for $3,500 that's going right too my tuition. Couldn't drive a V8 gas guzzler anymore, times have changed....... Lol |
