Tomorrow my daughter walks at her graduation. She has received honors from the Dean this evening. She was inducted in Phi Beta Kappa last Saturday. She also is a member of AXE. Being an honor student at her university she had to do a thesis. Which took this whole spring semester to finish. She graduates with her BS in Bio/Chem with a minor in Spanish and a minor in Genetics. Actually 3 of her Genetics classes were grad level so technically she is 1/3 done a Masters.
But My Amazing Girl has decided to take a year off before going into the PharmD program. Can't blame her she has worked very hard. Just wanted to give the tail end update.

Whew, I need a year off to recuperate just reading all of the things she's done. What an amazing young woman! She's bound to achieve great things. This isn't the tail end, surely. Let us all know how things go for her.

Thank you for your kind words. I will be happy to give updates. I do have one. She did just receive a job at a Bio/chem company. It is actually the company she wanted to work for.

WOW!! She never ceases to amaze. Good jobs at biochem companies are not easy to come by these days. She has a great future to look forward to and an extra special Mom to thank for helping her get there. Congrats to you both.cheersmate
