I was checking over a month ago the book they had listed for the TECEP course was not the same they had for their online Networking course.

You can try to substitute the book, it doesn't really have to be the same edition either. I would get as many freebie OER options or addition textbooks from the library and skim through material that you want to fill your learning gaps with...

I really appreciate your advice. I will keep that in mind when I will take this course.
