I think the DSST exam would be an easier choice. Let someone else be the first to take the TECEP and leave feedback. For study use IC flashcards and the specific exam feedback thread (only available to subscribers).

Wanted to follow up on this thread to confirm PSY-270 Psychology of Women DOES fill a PSR requirement.
If you would like to use the exam and TESC has not updated the general education list, send a helpdesk ticket to Advising requesting they send an appeal to the General Education Committee to ask for approval in using the exam as a diversity elective. Let them know it has been used by prior students. Cut and paste the following written confirmation, received 9-2014, and include in email. Good luck!

Hey guys, just wanted to tell you that I finished my last exam in February - I couldn't have done without all the help from here! I know TESC doesn't begin processing graduation information until April but I was wondering if there was a way I could get proof of degree completion before June (when I would receive my diploma) that I could present to my employer so I could implement my pay raise. Thanks for all the help - this forum is an invaluable resource!
