So, being precautious here because I finished the exam and the page says:
Important: your exam is being uploaded
Please allow 15 minutes for the process to complete
Does it notifying you once it's done processing? I left it up for 30 minutes expecting it to let me know, but it hasn't changed. Just wanna make sure before I close it out.

No, it won't notify you. It's basically a precaution to make sure your exam has enough time to upload. I usually say I'm finished to the proctor and will say my score so the people reviewing know that I am finished. This way they can't say I'm looking around for answers or cheating. I just leave the computer open for 10-15 minutes and then close down the proctor. It's a bit awkward just sitting there while the webcam light is still on and waiting.

You can just close out of the proctor, you don't need to leave that open. It's telling you not to turn off your internet or shut down your computer. I have closed out of that window in less then a minute after finishing and still haven't had an issue.
