If you want to stay in a school environment I would suggest a masters in special Education in Early childhood education. For resonably priced teaching type Masters I would also suggest you look int Western Governors University. This is just IMHO as someone who spent a lot of time and money trying to get into teaching. For me it ended up a dead end but I am much older then you. Good Luck and keep your chin up I know teachers are being let go left and right but I have personally seen districts where there are a lot of older teachers thinking of retiring earlier so they don't lose more benefits.
