DSST Art of the Western World and Principles of Supervision - musictester - 02-15-2017 I'm taking both of these tests tomorrow. Any last-minute advice? I can't find much on the art one, but I've been watching the Annenberg series over and over. Thanks! DSST Art of the Western World and Principles of Supervision - dfrecore - 02-17-2017 Principles of Supervision is a much easier test than Art, so it's not surprising that you did better on that one. Sophia has Art History, although it's $329 - not cheap. But might be easier to pass. There are other courses/exams you can take in Arts/Humanities if you want. DSST Art of the Western World and Principles of Supervision - musictester - 02-17-2017 Yeah- I found that out! I think I am going to try the art again- just taking the test helped me know what time periods/themes to zone in on- tons of modern art and ancient Greece. I passed the CLEP humanities last summer, so I have some other humanities credits already. At least I won't make the same mistake on the ones I guessed on- and that will increase my odds from 1-4 to 1-3. And since I was so close, I think it might be feasible. I hear I have three months to study it anyway! Are the questions mostly the same as the first test, or is it a completely new test? Also, how many questions do you think I missed to get a 391/400? Was it like two? five? ten? dfrecore Wrote:Principles of Supervision is a much easier test than Art, so it's not surprising that you did better on that one. The questions will not be the same, they have a test bank with (probably) thousands of questions. Each test is generated from the test bank and is unique. |
