What big-3 degrees can be earned with just Shmoop.com courses? - Pelican - 11-04-2017 I saw in another discussion that it is possible to complete a BA in English from TESC almost entirely from Shmoop.com courses. Assuming I just want to earn a second BA, and have all general education requirements done, are there any other degrees that can be earned from TESC, Excelsior, or Charter Oak, almost entirely from Shmoop.com courses? Do these schools just require 30 credits in upper-division credits to get a second BA? RE: What big-3 degrees can be earned with just Shmoop.com courses? - dfrecore - 11-05-2017 TESU only requires 15cr of UL plus the capstone, so 30cr is only needed from EC or COSC. The only actual UL course at Shmoop is Geometry. Otherwise, everything is LL. So although TESU brings in 5 of the Lit/English courses as UL, no one else probably will. RE: What big-3 degrees can be earned with just Shmoop.com courses? - Ideas - 11-05-2017 TESU needs 24 new credits that are earned after the first degree is conferred. https://www.tesu.edu/academics/catalog/Award-of-Degrees.cfm |
