Is this considered a hard CLEP? Moderate? Easy? Also, are things like the Pauli Exclusion and Nuclear Chemistry included?

It will kinda depend on your prior knowledge, interests, aptitudes, etc.

It's one of the hardest CLEPs.
Quantum numbers/pauli exclusion are technically on the syllabus AFAIK -- but not especially highly weighted (you might get one question).
Nuclear chemistry is also included. Typically 2-3 questions on nuclear decay and maybe a half life calculation.
